Companions,
     We had a great Installation of Officers on Thursday, April 17, 2008.
  Thank you to all who attended and congratulations to all of our officers.

I thank our team of Installing Officers, MEC Ervin Drewing as Installing High
 
Priest, MEC William Stephenson as Installing Marshal and VEC David Vogler as Installing Chaplain. I also thank our most recent Past High Priest, Robert Buren, for doing a fine job during his year in the East and assisting me with relevant points of interest in preparing for my year in the East. Finally, I extend a sincere thanks to Companion LeRoy Peterson and his wife Linda Peterson who served the food and cleaned up afterwards. 
     Please do not forget that the Grand York Rite Session in Missouri will be held at the Capital Plaza Hotel in Jefferson City, May 13-18, 2008. Hotel reservations may be made by calling 800-338-8088 or 573-635-1234. Remember forget to mention the Grand York Rite when making your reservations. I look forward to seeing all of you there. Our regular meeting on Thursday, May 15, 2008 will not be held due to the conflict in scheduling with the Grand York Rite Session. Our next  regular meeting will be June 5, 2008. 
      I would urge all companions to mail our Secretary, Edgar Piles, your email address so that he can email you our trestleboard. We are attempting to reduce the cost of postage while increasing the convenience in getting the trestleboard to you. Your timely consideration in this matter would be greatly appreciated by all of our officers.
